Kansas City, MO – Friends, family, and colleagues will remember the late artist and Kansas City Art Institute professor Lester Goldman at a memorial service this weekend. During the last few months of his life, Goldman?s work was on display in a number of venues?a new painting at the Dolphin, a drawing at the Jan Weiner Gallery summer group show, a solo show with new sculptures from the past two years at the KCAI Crossroads Gallery. KCUR?s Laura Spencer visited with his family and colleague Warren Rosser last month as they installed Issachar?s Surveillance for a tribute show at Epsten Gallery and has this report.
