Chief Mike Callahan of the Kansas City Kansas Fire Department would like to move to a computerized system for firefighters trading shifts.

Segment 1: Veteran Chicago firefighter begins stint in Kansas City, Kansas, with 100-day plan.

Two months in as chief of the Kansas City Kansas Fire Department and Mike Callahan figures he's 60 percent done with his goal "to visit every fire station on every shift to hear from the field what their concerns are about the department." He's met the command staff and his counterparts in law enforcement, and is working through evaluating equipment in the stations.  "The need here," he says of the department, "is some structure, consistency and discipline."

Segment 2, beginning at 19:48: Films featuring life after the Holocaust, Robert Redford and four of England's most accomplished actresses.

Our reviewers were captivated by the rock climbing danger of "Free Solo," charmed by the stories told in "Tea With the Dames," and noted Robert Redford's now-defunct claim that his role in "The Old Man and the Gun" was his last. They agree "London Fields" isn't worth the ticket price but "Colette" is, and "After Auschwitz" will teach you about life after the liberation of concentration camps in World War II.
