Segment 2, starting at 8:33: A look at Mike Kehoe, the newly appointed lieutenant governor of Missouri.
Mike Kehoe has left his post as the Missouri Senate majority leader to step in as the state's new lieutenant governor. Governor Mike Parson's decision to appoint Kehoe has created pushback from democrats in Jefferson City. Today on the program, we learned more about the man who is now Missouri's second-in-command, and discussed the legality of the governor's actions in selecting him.

Segment 3, starting at 28:50: Columnist Jeneé Osterheldt is leaving the Kansas City Star for the Boston Globe.
Jeneé Osterheldt was 22 years old when she left the East Coast to join the staff of the Kansas City Star. She started by writing about city's nightlife but later switched her focus to topics, such as systemic racism after the death of Trayvon Martin. After an 18-year run with the Star, she is set to make her exit. In the second half of our program, we chatted with her about the years that shaped her into the columnist she is today.
