Kansas City, MO – For eleven years, The Coterie Theatre has fostered the writing talents of high school students with its Young Playwrights' Festival. This year's festival features two themes, "Looking In" and "Looking Out," and finds Kansas City teenagers are ignited by the written word. KCUR's Steve Walker reports.
