Amendment Three in Missouri

By Tom Weber, KWMU

St. Louis, Missouri – Missourians will decide next month whether they want to change the state's constitution. Amendment Three would require gas tax and the sales tax money on cars to only be used for roads. Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
