3rd district, Kansas – In the race for the third Congressional district in Kansas...Republican challenger Kris Kobach is trying to unseat three-term Democrat Dennis Moore. The district takes in all of Wyandotte, two-thirds of Douglas and all of Johnson Counties - where Congressman Moore has been able to win with Democrats and crossover Republicans in a predominantly Republican district. But his challenger is hoping to capitalize on the high percentage of independents and a changing demographic. Laura Ziegler has more.
