3rd district, Kansas – The Third Congressional District of Kansas is one of the most closely watched congressional races in the country with Republicans hoping to unseat 3-term incumbent Dennis Moore. Challenger Kris Kobach has attempted to use issues of terrorism, taxes, and morality to suggest Dennis Moore is out of step with Kansas consituents. Laura Ziegler has this profile.
