Arrests and Deportations in Olathe

Kansas City, Missouri – Over the past few years, Olathe has increasingly become a destination where recent immigrants can find jobs, settle and raise their families. There has been kind of a "don't ask, don't tell" policy in which undocumented worker take temporary jobs, often using false social security numbers. But a recent spate of arrests and deportations have shaken up the informal system, and led to panic in the Latino community. KCUR's Sylvia Maria Gross reports.
