H&R Block faces a big class-action law suit over its marketing of refund anticipation loans

Kansas City – The IRS figures about 100 million tax payers will be eligible for refunds this year. Almost one in eight will likely speed up the process, with a Refund Anticipation Loan. A class action law suit against the nation's largest tax preparer, H&R Block alleges, tricked customers into buying these high priced loans. But some consumer advocates say Block has become a model for openness in marketing refund anticipation loans. KCUR's Frank Morris of reports.
