Kansas City, MO – Democratic Governor Kathleen Sebelius and Congressman Dennis Moore on Thursday to celebrate one of the biggest land deals in Kansas history. They gathered at the old Sunflower Army Ammunition site south of Desoto between Lawrence and Olathe, to officially break ground on a 15 square mile housing, commercial, educational and recreational development.
