Kansas City, MO – Lorenzo Rubio and his son Zach are suing the Turner Unified School District for allegedly violating Zach's civil rights when he was suspended for speaking Spanish in school. Hear from the Rubios, the school district, and Brent Wilkes, national director of the League of United Latin American Citizens.
