With Their Eyes at the Coterie

The Coterie Theatre opens its new season by venturing into lower New York on the fateful day of September 11th, 2001. By Steve Walker

Kansas City, MO – The Coterie Theatre opens its new season by venturing into lower New York on the fateful day of September 11th, 2001. Titled With Their Eyes, the play is a series of oral history monologues based on interviews with teachers, staff and students at a New York City high school. As KCUR?s Steve Walker reports, the Coterie?s production features a young actor from abroad for whom 9-11 has special resonance.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
