Kansas City, MO – A small group of Middle Eastern college students were in Liberty this week to observe US politics up close. They're from Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates, a country which holds its first local elections next month. The exchange was organized by a British journal called the Oxford International Review, which has a partnership with William Jewell Collge. KCUR's Sylvia Maria Gross followed them to the polls this morning to hear their reactions.
