KC Fringe Festival Returns for Third Year

When the Kansas City Fringe Festival started in 2005, many people were clueless about what, exactly, a festival involving fringe was. In two years, the event has grown out of its infancy phase into four days of storytelling, music, dance, film, and performance for families and mature audiences alike.By Steve Walker
