Charlotte Street Foundation Looks Ahead at 10

The Charlotte Street Foundation got its start in Kansas City 10 years ago. And since that time, the organization has distributed more than $350,000 to 60 emerging and established artists, created artist studio spaces and new galleries in the urban core...and it continues to expand its reach, as KCUR's Laura Spencer reports.
