Kansas City, MO – As KCUR's Steve Walker reports, Crown Center is about to open its third theatre space, Off Center Theatre, that will join several theatre groups under one roof.

CORRECTION: The Coterie Theatre was founded in 1979; Crown Center has been hosting theatre events for nearly 30 years, not 20.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
