KC Faces Budget Problems

KANSAS CITY, MO – Both Kansas City Mayor Mark Funkhouser and City Manager Wayne Cauthen say the city is looking at big budget problems for years to come. Funkhouser has asked Cauthen to come up with options to cut tens of millions of dollars in spending. Frank Morris reports.
