Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius today accused Republican lawmakers of tying up important legislation to force approval of two coal-fired power plants in southwest Kansas.
A federal grand jury has indicted two resident Chinese aliens and brought additional charges against three Chinese citizens for bringing women from China to Kansas city for prostitution.

Defunded, but not defeated.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
