Kansas City, MO – Most people who went out to Denver as part of the Kansas and Missouri delegations to the Democratic National Convention are on their way home this morning, and turning their attention to a challenge suddenly on the horizon.

Governor Sebelius is not the only Kansan to play a big role in a party's national convention. Kansas Senator Sam Brownback will formally nominate Sarah Palin, John McCain's choice for vice president, at the Republican National Convention next week.
