Governor Matt Blunt has settled the "Sunshine Law" suit over e-mails, and says he has turned all the e-mails in question over to the media that requested them.

As a shortfall looms, two St. Louis lawmakers want Governor-Elect Jay Nixon to tap into the state's $550 million budget reserve fund rather than cut services.

Midwest housing sales tumbled again in November with sales of existing homes down 23% from last year.

Defunded, but not defeated.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
