Kansas City, MO – A worker at the construction site of the new Iatan 2 power plant was killed in an accident.

The EPA says high lead and arsenic levels in soil samples near Cameron, Missouri don't pose a public health risk.

The Missouri Senate may consider an alternate version of a bill allowing utility companies to charge customers for the cost of a new power plant while it's being built.

The Kansas women's basketball team defeated New Mexico last night 78-69 to move into the semi-final round of the Women's NIT.
