Kansas City, MO – Concerns over swine flu have some Kansas hospitals revamping policies to try and slow the spread of the disease.

Kansas Governor Mark Parkinson is expecting an announcement within weeks from a Democratic candidate willing to vie for his seat.

The University of Kansas is asking students about how to address alcohol abuse on campus, following two alcohol-related deaths last semester.

The federal Women, Infants, and Children program or WIC is rolling out healthier food options in Missouri this month.
