Kansas City, MO – The Missouri House's stand against tax increases is so strong that some members say they won't vote for even the possibility that Kansas City might put one on the ballot.

Thousands turned out yesterday for the area's largest Tea Party rally at Community American Ballpark in Kansas City, Kansas.

Kansas City police are hoping a big presence on the Country Club Plaza this weekend will prevent the kind of raucous behavior that sent patrons fleeing last weekend.

The Kansas Board of Regents heard a report about plans for the KU School of Medicine to expand its medical training programs in Salina and Wichita.
