Kansas City, MO – A nearly thousand-foot-long bridge touted as the first project in the nation to be funded by President Obama's federal stimulus package opened in central Missouri.

Computer access to numerous Kansas health and environment records is being restored after a systems failure nearly two weeks ago.

Missouri's health department says it's purged infection rate data for hospitals statewide.
