KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Abortion services may no longer be available in Kansas come Friday. That's when a new law kicks in, requiring that the three abortion providers in Kansas have state licenses.

The government's watchdog agency, the GAO, says many U.S. food aid programs make poor use of taxpayer money.

Water has subsided in the Bird Points Floodway and farmers have returned to work their lands.

The Royals lost to the San Diego Padres yesterday 4- to 2. Sporting KC beat Chicago Fire PDL 3-0.
