KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City police have postponed interviews with the brothers of a missing baby at the family's request.

The same day Kansas published its permanent abortion licensing rules, two providers announced plans to challenge them in court.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture says sandwiches possibly tainted with deadly listeria have been widely distributed in Kansas.

Arguments were heard in Jefferson City in a federal lawsuit over access to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered websites at public schools.
