When was the last time you headed to a hotel just to enjoy a great meal? Join Walt Bodine, co-host Charles Ferruzza and the Food Critics, Gloria Gale of 435 South Magazine and Emily Farris of Casserole Crazy, as they stop in to discuss the evolution of hotel dining in the Kansas City area.

The hosts highlight Hotel Phillips' 12 Baltimore restaurant, as well as historic hotel dining such as the Plaza Hilton.

Also in discussion today: the new Gordon Biersch restaurant in Park Place, as well as Brookside restaurants Osteria Il Centro, with classic Italian fare, and Chai Shai, where you can get the best samosas in town.
