Kansas City, MO – For about 10 years, Wilmer McBride has lived in southeast Kansas City, near the former Bannister Mall. It's an area that's seen a lot of foreclosures in the past two years. For now, McBride is still meeting his mortgage payments. But since he retired a few years ago, it's become hard to keep up. KCUR's Sylvia Maria Gross recently paid him a visit.
