Segment 1: As election draws nearer, results in Kansas governor's race are far from a foregone conclusion.

In the race to replace Kansas Gov. Jeff Colyer, polls are showing a virtual tie between Democratic state Sen. Laura Kelly and Republican Secretary of State Kris Kobach, with Independent Greg Orman trailing. A day after the most recent gubernatorial debate in Wichita, we discussed the race and its possible outcomes.

Segment 2, beginning at 23:00: Why Americans still struggle with equal divisions of household work.

After an era when much has been accomplished in the realm of women's equal rights, why is the divison of housework still so unbalanced? Today, we learned why straight couples, by and large, still struggle to equitably share tasks like laundry, vaccuming and washing the dishes.
