Una Walkenhorst is attempting to establish a career in a city in which her father has been a prominent musician for more than 30 years. As a solo artist and as a member of the Rainmakers, Bob Walkenhorst is one of Kansas City’s favorite sons. Local Listen features the title track of his daughter Una’s album “Scars,” a song that indicates that talent runs in the family.
Walkenhorst will perform a free 7 p.m. show at the RecordBar on Saturday, December 26.
