Chinese movie fans unite! Each Saturday this month, the second annual Kansas City Chinese Film Festival will present a new film from China at the Rio Theater in Overland Park. The theme for this year's festival is families, and each film will be followed by a discussion led by a local scholar of Chinese studies.By Alex Smith
