Kansas City, MO. – The man arrested at KCI yesterday over a baggage search dispute has been transferred to federal authorities. The man was arrested after allegedly refusing to allow TSA agents to examine his carry on bags. Parts of the terminal were closed for hours. That and more on Kansas City's Evening News.
