Senior housing is a growing industry in the U.S., especially in states like Arizona.
Some design firms are focusing solely on creating housing for older people who may have health issues like vision or memory problems. Kathy Ritchie ( @kathymritchie) of Here & Now contributor KJZZ in Phoenix visited some designers and real estate developers who specialize in senior housing.
