A primary looms in Kansas' third district

KANSAS CITY – Former Overland Park city council member and law professor Kris Kobach is running for Congress in Kansas' third district, the seat held by Dennis Moore. Kobach is a former White House fellow and advisor to Attorney General John Ashcroft. K-C-U-R's Matt Hackworth spoke with Kansas University political science professor Allen Cigler about Kobach's campaign:
