Kansas City, KS – Over the past decade, Wyandotte County has transformed from an area down on its luck to a leader in economic growth and development. Unified Government Mayor and CEO Carol Marinovich has presided over these changes. The outgoing mayor delivered her final state of the government speech. KCUR's Maria Carter has this report.
