Kansas City – Kansas State University professor Thomas Murray found guilty. Kansas House members consider state budget proposal to increase public school spending, largely at the expense of state employees.
Defunded, but not defeated.
Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
