Missouri lawmakers poised to cut Medicaid to 120,000

Kansas City – Missouri House is debating a bill cutting more than 100-thousand lower income children, parents, elderly and disabled people off the state subsidized health insurance. The cuts were initially proposed by Governor Matt Blunt, and amplified by the state Senate. As part of our series Critical Condition a check up on public health care in two states, KCUR's Frank Morris has this overview of the Medicaid cuts proposed in Missouri.
