Kansas City's BCR describes itself as an afro-nuclear wavabilly funk swing reggae turska band. Longtime member Dr. Thomas Aber is featured in BCR's next performance playing a number of instruments, including a Turkish clarinet, shepherd's pipes, and goatbags. By Laura Spencer
