Kansas City, MO – Next Tuesday (June 5), the voters of Cass County will choose whether or not to approve a half-cent sales tax that, if passed, would fund the construction of a 5,500-seat arena. The proposed cost of the arena, which would be built in Belton, is 50 million dollars. KCUR's Greg Echlin has more.
