Kansas City, MO – The Lane4 Property Group will publicly unveil its proposal for the former Bannister Mall at the TIF Commission meeting. The Kansas City development company filed a rezonin application with the city for the site last week. With an 18-thousand seat soccer stadium as the proposal's centerpiece, it's the most significant development for the Kansas City Wizards soccer team, the stadium's future tenant.
