Kansas City, MO – Warren graduated from Paseo High School of the Performing Arts in 2000, and started performing in local clubs and cafes soon after. Like many artists do, Warren moved to pursue her craft in the thriving New York music scene. But now she's back in Kansas City, and spending a lot of time in Paris, France, where she's been signed by the record label Because.

KCUR's Susan Wilson checked in with Krystle Warren while she was in town preparing for an upcoming concert September 20th at the Dream Studio on 31st Street. You can check out some of her songs at her page on MySpace.
