Sam Shepard's True West Staged in a Trailer

When Hamlet said, "The play's the thing," he may have been only half right. Sometimes, where the play is staged is equally interesting. Such is the case with the new production of a classic Sam Shepard play that's being performed in and around an Airstream trailer in the backyard of a house in Brookside. By Steve Walker


Kansas City, MO – One Time Productions presents TRUE WEST 223 West 62nd Terrace Kansas City, MO 64113 Created by Bess Wallerstein and visual artist Johnny Naugahyde. Directed by Bess Wallerstein. Featuring Erik Johnson, Shaun Patrick Hennessy, Philip blue owl Hooser, and Marilyn Lynch. September 25th-27th and Oct 2nd-5th, 2008 (7 Performances) "House" opens at 6:45p.m. Show begins at 7:30 pm.
