Mayor Mark Funkhouser says the light rail plan voters will consider next week would bring 30,000 jobs and much-needed south-town development. He unveiled renderings of a planned shopping area at 63rd and Prospect.The light rail plan won't have the boost from $3.00-plus gasoline. Prices fell below $2 today.The location of this year's Wakarusa Music Festival is still in doubt, as Jefferson County officials delayed a decision on allowing it to move to a private ranch there.
