After a one-day lull in Missouri in which no presidential or vice-presidential candidates campaigned in the state, Barack Obama returns to Springfield tomorrow.A man who was nearly John McCain's running mate was in Kansas city. Governor Tim Pawlenty, a McCain advisor, listened to home builders' economic concerns.Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh predicts a record turnout Tuesday, possibly as high as 78 percent of registered voters.
