Kansas City, MO – More trains could run on time between Kansas City and St. Louis thanks to a new federal law.

Many people may be hitting the gym this week to work off the post may be looking to work off Thanksgiving dinner at the gym. New federal exercise guidelines make it easier to meet the recommended amount of exercise. But for many Kansans and Missourians, several obstacles stand in the way of following them.
