Kansas City, MO – Court documents show papers from an investigation of Kansas abortion clinics were mailed to former prosecutor Phill Kline's new address in Virginia.

University of Missouri is having enough success trimming its own budget, a hiring freeze could be lifted later this year or next.

Wal-Mart workers in Missouri will get at least $55 million under a settlement as part of a nationwide resolution of overtime claims against the company.

The Kansas Senate has approved a bill to increase the state's minimum wage to the federal minimum wage rate. Kansas now has the lowest minimum wage in the nation at $2.65 an hour.
