Kansas City, MO – The Missouri Senate has passed most, but not all, of the bills that make up the state budget.

A battery manufacturing company in the Kansas City area has rejected a bid to construct its new facility in Missouri.

It will come too late for the approaching end-of-school-year party season, but a tough new underage drinking law is coming to Kansas.

Prescription drugs that previously would have been destroyed will go to needy Kansans part of a new law.

The Kansas City Royals won for the third straight last night, beating the Cleveland Indians 9-3.
