Kansas City, MO – After ignoring a state mandate for more than a year, the Missouri Department of Social Services finally has published a list of employers whose workers get Medicaid health coverage and the state found itself near the top of the list.

Environmental activists rallied in Lawrence over the weekend in support of renewable energy.

Anti-abortion activists are planning an online auction to raise money for the Kansas City man charged with killing Wichita abortion provider doctor George Tiller.

A Kansas board is meeting today to hear about proposals for casinos in Wichita and Kansas City.

The Kansas City Chiefs were overwhelmed by the San Diego Chargers yesterday, losing 37-7 at Arrowhead Stadium.
