Kansas City, MO – A body found inside a vehicle pulled from Clinton Lake near Lawrence has been identified as a woman missing since January 2004.

State auditor Susan Montee says changes the General Assembly made to 2008's voter-approved Proposition A cost the state's schools 21 million dollars.

On Saturday, enforcement agencies, pharmacies, and other sites will be accepting unwanted prescription drugs as part of a nationwide Drug Enforcement Administration take-back program.

Kansas State University plans to spend as much as $4 million to clean up a toxic landfill on the north side of campus.
