KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas Governor Sam Brownback has signed into law a measure that further de-regulates AT&T. Critics say it will hurt some outstate customers.

The GOP-controlled Missouri General Assembly has sent a few controversial bills to Democratic Governor Jay Nixon early enough for any veto to be overridden.

Defunded, but not defeated.

Congress just eliminated federal funding for KCUR, but public radio is for the people.
